Our technology client is looking for a marketing manager for a 5-month contract position, 40 hours per week, remote during COVID.

Ability to work across multiple time zones is key.

• 5+ years of work experience in consumer acquisition, and/or performance marketing.
• Comfortable with building and reading data dashboards and capable of data mining to perform analysis and developing enhanced online marketing programs.
• Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
• Strong analytical skills, and ability to identify KPIs.
• Track record of using a test and learn approach to optimization.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field of study such as computer science or engineering.

• Expert-level marketing automation and campaign management skills with Symphony or similar marketing platform.
• Experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns using a broad portfolio of paid and organic channels.
• An eye for strong creative, and experience developing world-class consumer messaging and copy.
• Cross-functional experience managing multiple stakeholders and establishing process to drive initiatives forward.
• Thinks outside the box and can suggest creative solutions in-line with business objectives.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
• Thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution.
• Not afraid to try new things—driven to constantly improve results.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve.
