Our Tacoma-based financial client is looking for a CRM System Administrator for a full-time, direct-hire role. The position will start as remote and will eventually move to an onsite role in Tacoma.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
- supporting, auditing, and improving their cloud-base CRM systems
- acting as a liaison between departments + vendors
- prepare statistical data and reports
- document processes and recommend improvements
- provide system users with tech support + communicate changes

The ideal CRM System Administrator will have:
- 3+ years of experience developing Restful API and XML-based web services interfaces (SOAP +WSDL)
- experience as a technical admin / developer for cloud-based CRM software, preferably Oracle
- experience with scripting using Java / Groovy, SQL, and PowerShell
- strong analytical + communication skills
- experience designing and running reports that are complex, relevant, and understandable
