Our commercial real estate client is seeking a Presentation Designer to join their team on a fulltime basis.

This will be a hybrid role in San Diego, with 3 days/week onsite (office in the beautiful Torrey Pines area).

Must be located in San Diego to be considered

This Presentation Designer will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior designer and business leaders to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks for internal and external audiences
- Handling a high volume of work and solving a wide range of design problems
- Assisting in writing, editing, and proofing marketing content
- Executing internal production needs and ensure that deadlines are met according to project schedules

This Presentation Designer will need:
- 3+ years experience proven, practical experience
- A 4 year college degree
- Design experience in commercial real estate, healthcare, life sciences or related industry a plus
- Must have presentation samples to be considered.
- Experience working with B2B brands
- Experience conceptualizing and designing complex information graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficiency in Keynote and PowerPoint
- Copyediting/Proofreading experience is a plus
