Project Manager (ONSITE)

Our client is hiring for a Project Manager to be onsite 3 days a week, for 6 months. This will be full time, 40 hours per week.

What you will be doing:
Manages deadlines for all Asset Teams projects.
Schedules kick-off meetings for Photography + 3D + Video + Content.
Helps asset teams throughout their projects with file naming, organization, gathering
content, tracks visual guides, etc.
Join weekly task status meetings with the Design Team.
Work with all project requesters to fill out an asset request form and assist them in gathering all information needed to begin a project before assigning to a designer.
Communicate with stakeholders, set expectations, assess risks to ensure an on-time delivery.
Manages and organizes all assets on Design Ops + The Bunker.
Manages and updates legal lines document referenced by creative teams.
Manages translations for major launches.
Owner of Design Ops Box and manages organization/users.
Assist with Basecamp and manage organization/users.
Trains all new hires on Design Ops + The Bunker usage.
Lead frequent inter-departmental meetings to gauge production workload and stay consistently informed of all active and forecasted work.
Enforce strict adherence to standardized procedures, such as the consistent application of naming conventions, file/folder organization, versioning control, job slugs, etc.

What you need to know:
Minimum 4 years of experience in project management specifically for graphic design teams (both print and digital designers).
Minimum 4 years of experience working in a marketing department required.
Proficient knowledge of Basecamp a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience using project management systems, Basecamp and Box preferred.
Manages schedules and on-time delivery.
Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
Ability to complete projects timely and accurately.
Ability to handle ambiguity and solve problems.
Skilled project manager; understanding of project management and the internal workings of the company.
