Our client is hiring for a Digital Media Manager to join their growing team, this will be onsite!

This will be 40 hours per week, M-F, onsite.

What you will be doing as a Digital Media Manager:
- Must be thoughtful about the online customer journey in the foodservice space as part of the overall guest experience to identify opportunities the digital landscape provides to drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with VP, Marketing and Operations to lead development of best-in-class digital eco-system to drive the brand digital roadmap.
- Manage development and ongoing optimization of brand app and website including online ordering, brand storytelling, content development/management, individual store pages, special offers, landing pages and other site content enhancements and requirements.
- Develop, execute and manage brand multi-channel paid digital campaigns, including but not limited to search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, Yelp, third-party delivery and social media promotions.
- Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities, on behalf of the franchise system, within third-party ordering platforms including, but not limited to DoorDash, UberEats and GrubHub.
- Execute New Store Opening and ongoing location specific paid social campaigns, in collaboration with Manager, Brand Marketing and Franchise Operators.
- Lead monthly reporting against KPIs across all digital efforts with the ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize in order to ensure ongoing conversion/ROI and productivity of media plans.

What you need to know as a Digital Media Manager:
- 5-7+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Minimum 4+ years of paid digital media experience & 5-7+ years of overall marketing experience.
- Quick service, multi-unit franchise marketing experience.
- Strong ability to build relationships, effectively communicate and positively influence at all levels in a franchise organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and strategically to manage and execute digital marketing plans.
- Ability to work in fast paced work environment on many projects with great agility while not compromising quality.
- Direct experience in managing paid media via Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- SEO knowledge and experience with analytics, reporting and tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
