Our client, a nonprofit, behavioral change, public health company, is looking for a Sr. Marketing Analyst to join their team full-time.

This Sr. Marketing Analyst will:
- Lead campaign analytics and reporting within the Communications department
- Set up, run, and monitor campaign performance across digital channels
- Distill data into actionable insights for clients and internal teams
- Provide visibility into the performance of each PGP campaign
- Provide measurement planning and KPI reporting
- Design and build internal/external-facing dashboards and reports
- Develop, maintain, and improve reporting mechanisms to track key metrics
- Tell cohesive stories with data to help optimize creative and strategic campaigns
- Track marketing spend and report on pacing vs budgets
- Identify trends in channel performance and provide inputs for forecasting
- Design and guide the measurement of A/B tests and funnel optimization
- Monitor marketing data through our systems
- Oversee junior analysts: provide career and technical skills development opportunities
- Strengthen data-based decision making and data fluency across the organization

This Sr. Marketing Analyst needs:
- 5+ years experience
- Experience assessing, designing, and delivering marketing technology, data, and analytics solutions
- Experience tracking work in the digital space
- Experience managing 1st / 3rd party data and customer data platforms, DMPs, A/B testing, cross channel campaign management, attribution and performance management
- Ability to answer complex questions and into actionable recommendations
- Strong data presentation and visualization skills a must
- Experience managing direct reports and interest in stewarding their career development
- Experience with data visualization/BI tools
Plus Skills:
- Experience with government and nonprofit stakeholders
- Knowledge in intermediate statistical analysis (e.g. funnels, cohort analysis, long-term trends, user segmentation, correlation, and regression models)
- Certification in digital marketing analytics, inbound marketing, marketing automation, search engine optimization, customer experience, media monitoring
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, Excel, Google Sheet, SPSS, etc)
- Experience using SQL, business intelligence tools, and working with a data warehouse
