Marketing Manager - Hybrid

Our client in the FinTech space is looking for a Full Time Marketing Manager to join their team!

This role is currently fully remote, but the client would like someone local to the DFW area as this will go to a hybrid schedule potentially in 2022.

The Marketing Manager must have at least 4+ years' professional experience, a Bachelor's Degree and experience in B2B marketing and ideally technology industry experience.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:

- Owning the creation marketing deliverables and ensuring they are being properly produced by either in-house resources or vendors
- Managing project timelines and workflows to accomplish deadlines
- Working with the VP of Marketing to develop the annual marketing plan and budget
- Executing email campaigns, website content updates and social media posts
- Developing tradeshow programs and campaigns
- Working with the product team to ensure they have what they need for product releases, updates and other materials.
- Pulling and analyzing campaign data to give recommendations on improvements and changes
- Helping the sales team with sales enablement tools and collateral they need

Program Requirements:

- Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a strong plus!
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
