Our global telecommunications client in Dallas is looking for a Senior UX Program Manager to join their team FULL-TIME starting this month!

As part of the UX/UI design ops team, Senior UX Program Manager will develop and grow operations within the design team.

Success will play out in more seamless workflows, team performance improvements, centralization and streamlining of tools and practices - all to solve the "how" for the creative team so designers can focus on crafting the "what".

Senior UX Program Manager Requirements
• 7+ years' experience managing multiple, complex, medium to large, multi-disciplinary design programs at a large enterprise co. or consultancy
• Understanding of product design, design research, content strategy and product development lifecycles
• Comfortable and experienced driving decision-making

Senior UX Program Manager Responsibilities
• Manage complete product design lifecycle for high-profile initiatives from design concept to launch
• Work strategically with partner stakeholders to ensure experience continuity across the end-to-end customer journeys
• Collaborate closely with design leaders on overall team vision and strategy
• Guide projects from pitch to completion by facilitating team productivity, managing client expectations
• Provide a layer of communication between teams and stakeholders and present to executive management
• Facilitate alignment/communication across disciplines and organizations
• Drive improvements, implementation and evolution of discipline best practices across all studios and programs
• Prepare for design reviews with partners and senior leadership by driving agendas, goals, FAQs and presentation strategy
• Focus on driving value of design process to organization and advocating value to stakeholders
• Identifies, mitigates, and escalates risk as necessary
