Marketing Automation Manager - WFH/ Austin or Dallas

Our financial services client is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager with a strong background in Marketo to join their team 40 hours per week for a 6 month contract.

The Marketing Automation Manager will be working with senior personnel on the development, enhancement and maintenance of the Marketo Marketing Platform. This role requires at least 3+ years' of strong hands-on experience within Marketo and a Bachelor's degree.

Marketing Automation Manager responsibilities:
• Act as product lead for platform enhancements, integration and evolution; directing and coordinating requirements and product development activities.
• Act as platform administrator, providing day to day production support for Marketo and other integrated platforms.
• Gather and document input from users and stakeholders for future functional changes, identifying short term and long term solutions
• Help to ensure platforms are aligned with the current communication strategy of business partners
• Manage and support integration between automated marketing platforms and Salesforce as well as other 3rd party applications

Marketing Automation Manager Requirements:

• Experience working with multichannel communication delivery methods
• Experience defining business rules for complex communication templates
• Experience building and using web services and Marketo webhooks
• Product lifecycle management experience including bringing new products to market, deploying enhancements to existing products and migrating users to new products while retiring old ones
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple, cross functional platforms with rapid release cycles
• Experience in developing business process requirements, use cases, use case model, supplementary requirements, and business rules
• Prior experience interfacing with various partners, including internal business partners and vendors

Technical Requirements:
• Experience in reporting and analytics using Tableau
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite and basic design concepts.
• Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience building API connections using a variety of different methods and tools.
• Familiarity/Experience with integration and workflow tools such as Alteryx, Talend, Workato
