Looking for a long-term contract with a well-known financial services client?
Our client is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join the rapidly growing team! This role will be 40 hours a week for up to 18 months. This role is currently WFH due to COVID-19, but will go back ONSITE when deemed safe.
The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for initiatives across the company including launching new services/products, large app development, systems integration and infrastructure updates.
Senior Technical Project Manager Responsibilities:
*Oversee and direct large-scale projects of a complex nature that involve numerous internal and external contacts
*Manage all aspects of a project life cycle
*Ensure all that all projects are completed in alignment with time, cost (including financial forecasts and cost assumptions) and quality parameters initially established
*Define and track project milestones
*Track Agile development milestones, while partnering with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Senior Technical Project Manager Requirements:
*8+ years managing large, complex projects based in the technology/development space
*Proven ability to mobilize teams, set direction and resolve conflict with grace
*Expertise within methodologies including Agile/Scrum
*Comfort executing and creating plans with limited info and ambiguity
Extra Bonuses/ Pluses for this role include:
* PMP or PMI-ACP certification
* Knowledge of JIRA or Confluence
* Financial Services industry experience
