Exciting opportunity for a creative Instructional Designer with a flair for HR based training programs!

Our client, a well-known Technology company in Plano, is looking to add to their Learning and Development team. This contract will be 40 hours a week and will be REMOTE until deemed safe to go back ONSITE. This role is slated to be 6 months with a high possibility of extension for the right fit.

The Instructional Designer to be considered must have at least 5+ years' experience, strong use of ADDIE methodology and a Bachelor's degree.

In this role, the Instructional Designer will be a critical part to this L&D team as they will really be leading and developing projects. The Instructional Designer will work on:
- Creating training courses and modules with a creative flair through Articulate 360/ Storyline for subjects like leadership training, diversity classes, performance management, communication skills and more.
- Handling multiple projects at once and working with SME's across the organization to gather information
- Working collaboratively to develop engaging design for internal audiences
- Writing communications and marketing for the courses
- Developing and building relationships internally to ensure "students" are getting the correct type of adult learning
- Bringing eLearning trends to the courses and continuously building out their skills to keep the programs exciting
- Stepping in as a facilitator if needed

Key Programs:
- Articulate 360 or Storyline is a MUST
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator)
- Any video editing experience is a big bonus!
