Our retail client in Addison is looking to add a full-time Digital Marketing Manager to their growing team!

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
• Lead strategy and execution of digital marketing efforts to drive new clients
• Develop and execute a paid media plan focused on digital marketing channels
• Manage agency partners, budgets, and campaigns to ensure new guest acquisition goals are met
• Monitor KPIs and leverage large data sets by analyzing trends, identifying optimization opportunities, developing strategic recommendations
• Design, set up, and evaluate A/B and multivariate testing processes for agile test & learn cadence that drives conversion rate optimization
• Setup pilots to evaluate new channels and outlets in support of driving incremental new guests
• Communicate to company stakeholders and the field team on how digital marketing is supporting new client acquisition

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid search campaigns showing improvement through optimization
• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or statistics is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Advertising, Bing), social advertising (Facebook, Instagram), online display, programmatic, and retargeting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen and ability to present to senior management
• Experience with multi-location organizations is a plus
