Our client, a major financial services company located in the heart of Boston is looking for a sophisticated Account Manager to join their in-house marketing team.

This is a hybrid opportunity that will require 1-2 days/ week onsite in Boston (Seaport.)

In this role, as Account Manager you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives amongst all internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Working closely, building relationships and acting as a liaison between creatives and internal business leaders/ clients.
- Crafting marketing campaign briefs
- Reviewing proposals and setting up kick-off meetings and job requests while driving timelines
- Leading marketing and advertising best practices to lead the clients towards the best solution.
- Helping review and approve marketing materials.

The ideal candidate must have:
- 5+ years of experience developing marketing campaigns at an advertising agency in an account or project management role (client-facing)
- Experience in writing marketing campaign briefs
- Ability to critically evaluate proposals and requests from a strategic standpoint
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work well cross functionally to build alignment and reach objectives
