Our client is hiring for a Creative Services Designer / Manager to join their team, full time!
This will be onsite, 4 days per week / 1 day remote; 40 hours per week in North Phoenix.
This individual will have a background in design, is experienced managing creatives, and working closely with internal/external stakeholders.
What you will be doing as a Creative Services Designer / Manager:
Leads and manages the internal design team.
Manages and oversees the internal digital asset management portal.
Develops and manages creative and content strategy, roadmap and editorial calendar.
Acts as the liaison between the field marketing and corporate marketing teams to execute on field marketing needs and launch corporate campaigns and initiatives in the field.
Partners with internal and external partners including digital, customer experience, insights, communications, field marketing and external agencies to design and develop marketing and sales materials for the company.
Acts as a key contributor of content to the company-wide marketing and brand portal.
Ensures alignment of messaging, tone, and calls-to-action across all sales, product, and customer communications.
Participates in brand, digital, communications and demand generation campaign planning.
Performs competitive and industry visual communication and content research and coordinates with advertising agencies, marketing operations and regional marketing teams in the development and production of advertising tactics that drive customer acquisition and loyalty.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree in journalism, marketing, public relations, communications, or similar field
5+ years of experience in print and digital design
Experience developing brand campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and loyalty.
Experience managing creatives, advertising agencies and the visual communication process.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with a focus on results.
Must be creative and innovative and able to inspire others to think creatively.
Excellent people skills and ability to impact and influence without formal authority.
