Social Media Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a large corporate institution headquartered in Boston, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team for up to 40 hs/wk for six months completely remote starting at the end of September!

As a Social Media Manager you will:
- Manage talent and employee advocacy social media programs via LinkedIn
- Lead planning and project management of, content development, reviews/approvals and launch within campaigns collaborating with internal and external vendor teams
- Set and maintain campaign KPIs to drive growth, participation and engagement
- Work with analytics team to measure and optimize campaigns

The ideal candidate will have:
- 4-6 years of experience managing social media programs
- Expertise working with LinkedIn and social media platforms and analytics
-Familiarity with social publishing tools such as Hearsay Social, SocialChorus or Sprout Social
