Our client, an agency located in Rhode Island, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team Full Time!

As the Project Manager, you will support and exhibit behaviors consistent with company's core values and beliefs in a fiscally responsible manner. You will report to the Design Account Director who will lean on you for enforcing policies and managing timelines amongst cross functional teams.

As the Project Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain an overall scheduling process that includes proper assignment of appropriate resources to monitor and communicate deliverables and deadlines in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Project Managers to conduct or update daily status reports for all projects and work with lead designers to schedule or reschedule projects, and reset expectations based on new or changing priorities
- Monitor projects and planning system to ensure the correct resources are assigned for each project deliverable and/or load level as priorities shift across projects
- Monitor progress of projects that are outsourced to other studios or outside resources, i.e. photographers/illustrators
- Create an annual project roadmap/forecast calendar and update monthly (as needed) to ensure best practices for planning, anticipating workload and resourcing needs
- Institute trafficking/scheduling best practice processes to ensure a clear and consistent communication flow, and actively identify and suggest process improvement opportunities
- Support Group Account Director in developing quarterly business reviews by tracking and pulling KPI reports from project management system and creating charts
- Maintain a roll-up of status reports to ensure clarity across PMs, Design and Production teams
- Support Project Managers in securing key project details, dielines, print specs or material samples from vendors
- Ensure that all internal and external inquiries and needs are addressed and effectively communicated amongst all of the various client/project management teams
- Proactively resolve account/PM/Design and Production issues with urgency and/or escalate to the Group Account Director for guidance to address concerns

The IDEAL Project Manager will have:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working directly in a fast-paced, high volume, constantly changing CPG/Retail, creative/design agency environment
- Superior organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while paying strict attention to the
- Solid understanding of trafficking/project management and CPG packaging design lifecycle
- Proficiency in Mac OS, and Microsoft Products; and project management, artwork management routing systems
- A collaborative team-oriented approach to working and keeping all parties informed

This is a direct hire opportunity! Work will be done remote to start (through the summer) but as guidelines lift, you will be expected to be onsite 5 days/wk.
