Our manufacturing client is looking for a visual designer to join their team, 3 days onsite in Portland (M/T/Th). This role will start off at 20-25 hours and ramp up to 40 hours per week (2 additional days offsite) and will convert FTE for the right candidate.

In this role you will work primarily to PowerPoint presentations for pitches. This includes the layout design as well as working within Photoshop to create iterations of products.

The ideal visual designer will have:
- 4+ years of experience
- strong experience working on PowerPoint designs
- strong experience working within Photoshop
- strong eye for color and pattern
- experience working for CPG brands and/or big-box-store brands
- Packaging experience
- experience with a wide range of printing and production processes, familiarity with packaging materials and the pros and cons of each

Nice to have but not required:
- 3D rendering experience for creating more realistic packaging/merchandising concepts
- basic animation and video editing skills for gif/short video creation
- photography experience
