Our healthcare client is looking for a Project Coordinator local to the Portland, Oregon area to help support their Consumer & Adverting team through the end of December.

This role offers remote flexibility as well as flexibility in terms of hours. Ideally looking for someone between 25-40 hours week, depending on your availability.

This Project Coordinator will be:
- Managing collateral refreshes for the sales team and other departments
- Working with the creative team to keep projects moving and on time
- Managing the pass through of stake holder reviews
- Managing creative briefs and intake forms
- Doing mark ups on collateral in Adobe Acrobat to pass along to the design team

This Project Coordinator must:
- Have 1+ years of professional experience
- Be familiar with Wrike or a similar tool
- Be proficient in Adobe Acrobat
- Have experience working with creative teams
