Designer (Data Viz) - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our client, a local start-up foundation, is looking for a part-time Designer to join the team!
The Designer will report to the Program Director and may work with a broader related design team on a variety of digital projects. A lot of the work will be taking raw data and creating graphics, infographics and data maps. As this is in the start-up stage there is opportunity to have input on and involvement with creating the brand identity such as logo development, building the website and printed materials.
The ideal Designer will have:
- 2+ years of graphic design experience (infographic, data viz and PPT work is a huge plus)
- Strong in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Schedule flexibility to work part-time, as well as take on a few additional hours
- Interest in social justice is a huge plus
To start, this will be a part-time (20 - 24 hours per week) opportunity currently remote and may rapidly grow to a full-time position.
You must have your own workstation.
