Our agency client has a new opening on their social media team. They're searching for a Social Media Manager with a strategic mindset, to join their team, freelance to full time.

All work to be done remotely during COVID with a flex onsite schedule when things normalize.

As Social Media Manager, you'll closely work with the team's Managing Director, clients and creatives to create campaign blueprints. You'll utilize best practices and trends to develop strategies and execute across platforms. In addition, you'll pull and analyze reporting, optimizing as necessary. You'll work with creatives to ensure assets are on brand and in alignment with campaign messaging and goals.

The ideal Social Media Manager, has at least 3 years' experience developing and executing social campaigns, plus:
- solid knowledge of: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and Facebook Business Manager
- analyze reporting and areas for improvement & growth
- highly organized and can maintain several projects across multiple clients
- understands best practices unique to each platform
- experience working with clients in the higher-ed, healthcare/pharma or finance industries is a bonus
