Our client, one of the most established career training schools in the U.S., is seeking a full-time Creative Director to lead and inspire their design team.
This role is hybrid 3 days per week (flexible days) in their Parsippany, NJ office and reports to the SVP, Marketing.
MUST HAVE: In-house or Agency print and retail experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop fresh, new creative print design concepts to generate leads and call to action, build awareness of the school and grow student enrollment
- Create brochures, flyers, billboards, print ads and all print and digital creative needs for 22 campuses across 14 states in the U.S.
- Collaborate across marketing, digital, copy, social, video teams to develop integrated content across channels: digital, social, media, print, and on and off-campus
- Oversee graphic designers to lead and inspire
- Oversee the execution of final creative assets
- Instill an inspiring creative culture within the design department
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of relevant in-house or agency experience in print and retail (higher education industry a plus, but not required)
- Interest in higher education in automotive, healthcare, culinary, hospitality, IT, and skilled trades industries
- Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign; all design tools
