Our client, a high-end fashion company, is seeking a freelance Content Creator to join its team part time onsite 3 days per week. Work will vary from 5-8 hours per day and will include photo/video shoots at various locations.

MUST HAVES:
- Portfolio with Instagram and animated video work samples
- Experience with all social media outlets with a focus on Instagram, Reels, and TikTok
- Own laptop
- Fashion experience; beauty is a plus

Responsibilities:
Concept, shoot, and edit video content for social media based on a creative brief and direction that supports the brand voice and brand vision
Shoot short and longer form reel content, create GIFs, and edit for visual and sound
Collaborate and communicate directly with the Founder/Creative Director, Senior Leadership Team, Creative Team and Marketing Team to execute social media strategy and content to engage with followers and grow the digital community.
Remain up-to-date on current and emerging social, lifestyle and fashion trends; continually provide research results to facilitate the identification of engagement opportunities and innovations
Knowledge of best practices in platforms, and technology (video editing and audio)
Generate and present fresh ideas for improving on current and developing new ways to market content through social media

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience shooting and editing videos for social media in fashion and beauty
Must have a strong sense of fashion/luxury aesthetic
Ability to interpret analytics with Social Media Director to develop creative content
Strong presentation skills; can clearly articulate ideas with confidence to senior management
Must be comfortable and able to self-art direct social shoots and design within the brand's identity and maintain consistency cross each project
Passion and understanding of social media, digital, and marketing best practices
Must be extremely self-motivated, proactive, detail-focused and able to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment
Must be comfortable working with founder, leadership and multiple teams and able to collaborate effectively while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and energetic demeanor to help foster an upbeat working environment
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud programs, social media platforms - Reels and TikTok and Video Editing knowledge required
