Agency is seeking a Art Director with African American market experience to join their team in a hybrid position.

The role will be fully remote with the exception of occasional onsite client meetings in New York and / or Stamford (can vary 1-5X a month). Must be willing to go onsite for client meetings and work occasional weekends as needed.

MUST HAVES:
-5+ years of design experience (agency + direct marketing)
-African American market experience
-Telecom account experience
-Experience working with a multicultural ad agency
-Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
-Concept, develop and execute direct concepts (TV/CTV, digital, radio, and / or print)
-Check concepts to ensure they meet strategic goals
-Prepare layouts for concept approved by the client, type selections and treatments through production
-Develop storyboards, mock-ups and graphic treatments
-Supervise broadcast productions, adhering to schedules and budgets

NICE TO HAVES:
-Proficient in Workfront, MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Acrobat and AI tools
-Bonus if you have skills in After Effects, Premiere
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
