Our client, a leading luxury real estate development company, is seeking a full-time VP of Marketing to join its growing team.

This role is onsite 5 days a week, Monday-Friday, from 9am -5:30pm in their mid-town Manhattan office and reports to the Founder and COO.

MUST HAVE worked in NYC for your last job and know the NYC market well.

Responsibilities:
Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Oversee all marketing, branding, public relations, and media activity for the company, including all project-related initiatives.
Collaborate with senior management to refresh and refine the corporate brand identity, with a focus on differentiating the firm from competing/traditional real estate brands, and implement a detailed, multi-pronged strategy to increase brand awareness and drive the vision for project-level marketing of all new developments from ideation through launch and sell-out.
Own the entire pre-development marketing strategy for each project ensuring that the appropriate brand, materials, media, and PR strategy are created and executed to effectively sell out/lease each project, including collaboration with architectural design, construction, and sales teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Create, manage, and track corporate and project marketing budgets and schedules, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives for both the organization and individual projects.
Monitor, analyze, and present marketing performance metrics to leadership, including social engagement, website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Spearhead the development and implementation of a social media strategy that will align with the corporate brand. This will include continuous ideation and creation of relevant content for key social channels.
Identify, select, oversee, collaborate with, and manage consultants on all aspects of corporate and project marketing campaigns, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, events, and collateral development.
Collaborate with external PR agency regarding ideation and organization of engaging events, seminars, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and foster connections with key stakeholders, including leading collaborators, investors, brokers, and buyers.
Be an expert in luxury design, development, and lifestyle sectors to identify trends, opportunities, collaborations, consultants, and consumer preferences, ensuring our brand(s) remain relevant.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in new development marketing of luxury real estate. A background in luxury goods, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Must have exceptional interpersonal skills, be an effective communicator, and believe in collaboration and strong leadership.
Strong knowledge in brand development, market analysis, social media, digital media, public relations, and FF&E selection for staging.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven, analytical approach to decision-making
Possess excellent leadership capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and fostering collaboration across various departments.
Strategic with time management, prioritization and delegation
Exceptional creativity and proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign), Canva, and Houtsuite.
A passion for luxury design, architecture, and lifestyle that facilitates an ongoing understanding of current trends.
