Our client, a branding / communications agency, is looking for a full-time Senior Account Manager to join their team! This is a 100% remote role, but you will be required to work EST hours.

MUST HAVE Business Development experience and not just participating in pitches but actually doing the "hunting"

The Senior Account Manager will:
-manage accounts for large international + Fortune 500 companies (handle day-to-day client communication, and create / present proposals)
-use inbound marketing leads to form new connections / relationships
-use their CRM to track success, and create strategies
-problem-solve with clients, and respond to creative briefs
-write outreach + client engagement emails, as well as plan / budget projects, and craft + present proposals
-work with Salesforce data to grow accounts, and partner with the marketing team to create ABM campaigns
-hit + set monthly KPIs and targets

The Senior Account Manager has:
-ideally 4+ years of experience managing client accounts from an agency setting, and strong client-facing / relationship building skills
-an understanding of the creative workflow / how to manage creative briefs + projects
-strong writing skills + ability to write professional, engaging emails to clients and present ideas to stakeholders
-ability to work remote, working EST hours
