Our client, a global CPG company, is looking for Senior Brand / Packaging Designers to help their team on a project starting ASAP! This role is 40 hours per week.
**Please note, this work will be mostly remote but ideally you are commutable to Manhattan for meetings as needed. You must be highly proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop with food retouching capabilities. Your portfolio must demonstrate experience working with food photography on packaging.Please note, all work created will be under explicit NDA.**
In this role, the Senior Brand / Packaging Designers will be working on brand design elements of well known global snack brands: packaging, logos, key visuals, band books and various design touch points. Responsibilities include:
- working with design leadership and teams to conceptualize and design brand design elements across all packaging, print and digital touch points
- translating big ideas into design and executing to the highest standards, always striving for creative excellence
- working with food photography
- constantly iterating to solve design problems strategically and creatively
- effectively collaborating and communicating across teams
Requirements for the Senior Brand / Packaging Designers include:
- extensive packaging and brand experience for well-known CPG brands; experience working with food photography a must!
- highly creative with the ability to design across multiple styles; excellent eye for detail
- experience with complex brand systems design is a huge plus
- ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
- deep understanding of design principles and processes
- highly communicative with excellent organizational skills
- friendly, focused, adaptable, resourceful with strong interpersonal skills
- deep knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Miro and Microsoft Office
As this is supporting a global team, some scheduling flexibility may be required.
