Our client, a well-known company that builds, owns, and manages real estate, is looking for a Creative Director.

You will work onsite at our clients office Monday- Thursday.

You MUST HAVE the following to be considered:
1) A modern design aesthetic and a broad range of work in your portfolio
2) Managerial experience- specifically experience managing freelancers and third party vendors
3) Must have real estate knowledge (commercial or residential) preferably in an agency setting.

The Creative Director Responsibilities:
-Conceptualize and execute visually stunning and innovative design solutions that effectively promote our client, their properties, drive engagement, and enhance brand presence.
-Work closely with the marketing team to create and maintain strong and consistent brand identity and ensure design elements, color, and imagery are aligned with overall standards and strategy. Create a cohesive and memorable visual experience for tenants and prospects.
-Receive and manage all new project requests through a project management system, vetting requests for accuracy and thoroughness, collecting project files & working closely with the marketing lead for a complete brief.
-Leverage technology and cutting-edge marketing trends to contribute to and execute against the strategic marketing plans and budgets for corporate and asset-level brands.
-Marketing activities include: contributing to the visual and design elements and materials, as well as strategies for property and asset marketing targeting lead generation/tenant acquisition,retention and engagement, broker awareness, product positioning and branding, placemaking and experiential, advertising, campaign development and deployment across robust media mix & brand collaborations
-Understand competitive landscape in the commercial & residential real estate space to differentiate our client in the market & develop materials that are unique/ forward-thinking.
-Develop framework for execution involving third-party partners, as well as in-house execution, contributing to and monitoring budgets, as well as execution timelines.
-Build multi-touch, responsive/automated email campaigns
-Work with cross-departmental teams and external agencies
to evaluate marketing effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on real-time data.
-Work collaboratively w/ marketing VP and Director to establish schedules for short-term & long-term projects, plan tasks accordingly, & ensure goals and deadlines are met.
-Work from a holistic understanding of the entire creative process to provide guidance, strategy and suggestions for innovation to design and marketing teams for the execution of all creative.
-Manage all hardware and software needs for design team

The Creative Director Qualifications:
-Strong artistic and creative vision combined with deep understanding of commercial real estate
-Minimum 7+ years of experience in graphic design + real estate
-Technical Skills: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML & E-Mail; additional Adobe Creative Cloud suite skills a plus
-Strong Typography, print design, digital/e-mail design, layout, color theory, environmental graphics, etc.
-Other Skills: Creativity, communication, time management, problem solving, planning,leadership and communication.
-Experience in contributing to and overseeing design and execution for complex integrated marketing campaigns.

-Ability to oversee and guide third-party production & digital vendors in creating & updating materials
