Our client, one of the oldest and most respected cultural exchange organizations in the world, is seeking a Content Writer & Creator to join their marketing team in a temp to perm capacity.

This role is hybrid onsite 2 days per week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in their Stamford, CT office. Commute must be within one hour or so from Stamford. Full-time hours are 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
-Be the voice and create original, clear and credible copy for diverse audiences and age groups across different platforms including website content (SEO optimized), advertisements, email communications, print materials - brochures/collateral, press releases, articles, blogs, social media, and new media (i.e. quizzes)
-Research competitors and study abroad travel destinations, and stay on top of market trends
-Edit existing or provided copy for spelling, grammar and consistency
-Liaise with clients and colleagues and meeting project teams to consider advertising requirements
-Update and amend campaigns according to feedback
-Assist with the creation and upkeep of integrated multi-platform editorial calendar/schedule
-Update meta content on websites
-Present work and ideas to high-level stakeholders

Qualifications:
-3+ years of professional writing experience across multiple platforms in travel, higher education, international education and childcare sectors
-Writing tone and style geared towards Gen Z age 18-22 audience, college, study abroad
-Hands-on experience with content management systems (i.e., WordPress)
-Experience with HubSpot a plus or willingness to learn HubSpot
-Familiarity with SEO optimized content
-Excellent communications skills and comfortable presenting to high-level stakeholders
-Excellent organizational skills, flexible, strong attention to detail and timeliness
-Creative, proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and on a team
-Able to handle multiple assignments, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Interest in travel, international education sectors
