Our client, a software development company that is re-imagining urban mobility, is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist and Analytics Manager to join their team as a full time employee.

**Please note: this client currently has a hybrid work schedule. You must be comfortable going into the client's office in Long Island City 4 days / week. A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Digital Marketing Strategist and Analytics Manager will:

- Act as the center of knowledge for all CMS and web analytics tools
- Own all acquisitions and re-marketing through digital channels, including affiliates, SEM, and SEO
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for rider, driver, and business products across multiple digital channels (primarily Facebook and app store optimization)
- Uncover new areas of opportunity and leverage findings to scale communication channels and platform
- Oversee web projects from beginning to completion refine website (oversee updating of pages and creative), intake site requests, making sure changes, assets, directions, and best practices are implemented, communicate across stakeholders to set timelines and expectations and keep them informed
- Create landing pages for events using Squarespace
- Create primarily short-form copy for emails, social, push notification, articles, blogs, etc.
- Work with the Demand & Supply Directors to determine budgets, manage budgets and platform mix to achieve volume and efficiency goals
- Drive growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, leveraging data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, and channels
- Pull analytics from the company website, including site visits, navigation, how long customers stay on each page, etc. using Google Analytics
- Develop metrics to help the business understand the unit economics of different digital spend options and manage budgets to maximize profit
- Make decisions after analyzing data and KPIs and be able to defend those decisions to senior level stakeholders
- Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of digital marketing data for analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Track revenue from given initiatives and ensure proper attribution
- Route all marketing materials and triage and resolve any issues
- Lend a strong voice to the future growth of the company
- Manage 3rd party agencies

The Digital Marketing Strategist and Analytics Manager must:

- Have at least 3 years of professional work experience in a marketing role
- Previous in-house experience is preferred
- Have proven product marketing experience
- Have experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for complex products/services, incorporating A/B & multivariate testing
- Have proven experience with Google Analytics, Singular, Branch IO, Tabeleau, Red Shift, Lean Plum, Squarespace, MailChimp (including analytics, integrations with Facebook, Google SDK), etc.
- Have proven experience with AB testing and up to date on digital marketing strategies (ex: sunsetting)
- Understand digital and social best practices and limitations
- Be an analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
- Have strong writing skills
- Be comfortable working with and managing 3rd party agency relationships
- Have excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution
- Be proactive, resourceful, intellectually curious, unflappable
- Be comfortable working in a startup-like environment and wearing many hats
- Know your markets, customers, and competition, and you're strong at bringing this information into your marketing strategies
- Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
