SEO Manager

Our client, a growing agency, is looking for a full-time SEO Manager to join their NY team! This is ideally a hybrid role (they want someone who can come onsite 1-2 times per week) but are open to remote candidates outside of NY as well.

The SEO Manager will:
-advise on best practices for SEO performance / growth, and manage client SEO accounts with minimal oversight
-communicate directly with clients and internal teams to execute tasks, and monitor client website performance (and adjust SEO strategy if needed)
-lead / execute keyword research, content optimization, metadata writing, and technical SEO implementations
-assist in strategizing new client site builds and migrations
-utilize SEO reporting tools and evaluate search channel rankings / KPIs

The SEO Manager has:
-3-5 years of experience in audience development / SEO optimization (agency experience preferred)
-1-2 years of experience leading a team / having at least 1 direct report, and experience communicating directly with clients
-experience implementing SEO / audience development strategies (must be able to provide examples in an interview)
-experience with SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google Search is strongly preferred
