Junior Video Producer

Our client, a well-known retailer, is looking for a freelance Junior Video Producer to join their team! This person will work 30-40 hours per week, hybrid onsite / remote. Their studio is in Long Island City so they will need to come onsite for shoots 2-3 days per week, but otherwise can work remote.

The Junior Video Producer will:
-work with the asset manager and post-production manager to make selects of incoming footage, gather assets, and prep files for the editors
-organize and help facilitate deliverables, and assist the director on the day to day tasks
-take meeting notes, set agendas, and follow through with action plans
-keep everything accountable - will use the calendar to input all necessary information

The Junior Video Producer has:
-2-3 years of experience in video production, and strong project management skills (will track deadlines, deliverables, etc. and hold teams accountable)
-have the ability to speak to editors and assets managers / understand the video production process
-ability to come onsite to their LIC studio 2-3 days per week, and manage multiple projects / timelines at once
