Our client, a global payment platform, is seeking a Digital Project Manager - Web to join their team about 40-hours/ week (CST/EST) until 12/30/22 with a strong possibility to extend.

Top 3 Must-Have's
1- Digital Project Management and/or Web Producer experience no coding but must be able to communicate effectively with engineers
2- Ability to understand needs of and manage stake holders for websites
3- Experience managing multiple work streams

Digital Project Manager - Web Responsibilities:
- Scoping and planning for website updates and pre-migration activities across different website types and complexities
- Technical and traditional website project management - creating and meeting milestones against detailed project schedules and delivering progress reports to stakeholders
- Maintaining website- copy updates, image updates, page updates- using website ticketing system for all active and passive requests
- Stakeholder and leadership communication and presentations
- Meet with stakeholders to understand requests and write tickets for engineers in JIRA
- Establishing and leading planning and integration cadences with engineering and non-engineering partners
- Heavy volume in beginning then will reduce to an average of 1 ticket a week.
- Help conduct audits of website
- Process documentation
- Working collaboratively with teams including marketing, brand, product management, product marketing, internal business owners, engineering (front- and back-end), UX design, content, legal, sales, user research, customer support, analytics, and agencies.

Digital Project Manager - Web Qualifications:
- 5+ years managing website projects at a top technology company
- In-depth knowledge and experience with a variety of website types and their technologies
- 8+ years professional experience in corporate environment
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Tools, specifically Excel and PPT
- Experience working with cross-functional groups and matrixed organizations in multiple locations
- Outstanding planning, organizational skills
- Able to prioritize and lead multiple efforts at the same time
- A focus on executional excellence
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and influencing skills
- Clear, respectful, and effective communication style suitable for diverse audiences at all levels of an organization
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex scenarios into comprehensible components
- A passion for making order out of chaos


Nice to Haves:
- Smart sheets experience (over JIRA if possible)
- Experience working on large enterprise websites
- Comfortable with pivoting when needed. Someone who does not become too attached to projects that prevents them from quickly moving to the next without completion.
- Comfortable with shifting priorities
