Our client, a well known insurance agency, is looking for a full time Project Manger, Marketing Operations to join their strategic marketing team. Previous experience working with Welcome is a major plus!

***Please note, this role will require you to be onsite in NYC office a few days per month. You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to be considered. ***

In this role, the Project Manager, Marketing Operations will be tasked with leading and executing strategic marketing initiatives and driving forth strategic priorities. The first major initiative is overseeing the rollout of Welcome, the company's newly adopted marketing workflow platform. You'll be overseeing implementation strategy, change management planning and communications to drive adoption of new processes on and off the Welcome platform across the marketing organization and leading core marketing team adoption and Welcome platform.

Specific responsibilities include:


- creating and executing change communications and project plan to fully implement onto the Platform
- codify and document enterprise specific processes in user guide
- plan and execute the transition to Welcome from other legacy platforms such as Smartsheet, Function Fox, etc.
- define and plan cross-functional pilot test cases to refine workflows, work requests, and platform features
- create integrations schedule and data migration phased plans
- overseeing platform governance and help drive adoption of the platform through persona-based enablement tactics
- onboarding and training new users and other areas of the business on the platform
- championing the initiative across the organization
- own the relationship with Welcome for future contracting needs and feature upgrades
- maintain yearly budget and change orders as needed for special projects
- work with Project Manager to oversee ongoing technical integrations in phased approach
- act as main point of contact for analytics reports once integrations are complete
- create and maintain library of short training videos
- maintaining digital asset library
- developing and managing cross functional campaign calendars in partnership with head of Marketing Strategy and Planning
- executing on key strategic marketing programs
- collaborating with Head of Marketing Strategy and Planning to develop presentations to outline strategic plans and direction, and/or assess quarterly team progress on core goals
- working with vendors and internal partners to ensure key marketing activities for the team are executed on
- assist with budgeting efforts

Requirements for the Project Manager, Marketing Operations include:

- 3-5 years of experience of marketing operations in a fast-paced environment
- deep experience with workflow platforms; Welcome experience HIGHLY desired!
- excellent project management skills
- excellent writing and communication skills
- experience working with Powerpoint and Excel
- ability to navigate large, enterprise organizations and partner across teams
