Our client, a well-known American producer, and marketer of beer, wine, and spirits, is looking for a Product Manager to join their DTC in-house team!

The Product Manager Responsibilities:
-Main responsibilities will be Infrastructure, Functionality, and Tech Stack Improvements
-You will partner with technical partners, development teams, and designers to develop and deliver the evolving DTC ecommerce product roadmap
-Lead an AGILE team and manage backlog prioritization, user story development and refinement, sprint ceremonies, user testing, and release planning
-Utilize market research, customer feedback, analytics data, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure that the ecommerce digital product remains best-in-class.
-Manage UserTesting.com relationship to run usability on brand sites and transform learnings into improvements.
-Stay up to date on Shopify and Shopify App developments to identify proactive opportunities to drive the business forward.
-Identify and onboard partners that enable better customer experiences and conversion improvement
-Partner with D2C brand managers, eCom Managers, Analytics & Business Intelligence team, Customer Loyalty & Wine Club team, and Creative team members to develop and deploy content and functionality updates that best enable customers to shop for wine and spirits online
-Serve as the primary point of contact for all content and functionality updates on the brand sites. Collaborate with brand managers and eCom managers to create content calendars and support key brand moments and partnerships (I.e. Unshackled x Coachella, Meiomi x PGA golf, RMW Concert Series, etc.)
-Manage and balance strategic initiatives, enhancements, and bugs while delivering on stakeholder timelines and expectations

The Product Manager Qualifications:
-4+ years experience with Agile product development at a consumer brand with a high-growth focus.
-You know how to partner with developers to write and refine clear user stories, run sprint planning, test features, and manage releases.
-Must have deep understanding of ecomm best practices, a consumer mindset, design thinking, UI/UX, & analytics.
-Comfortable blending inspiration from best-in-class competitors, customer research, usability, customer feedback, and first party analytics (i.e. sales data, Google Analytics, conversion improvement tools, A/B testing platforms) to create hypotheses & build a product roadmap.
-Understand and communicate technical constraints and tradeoffs to non-technical audience. Youre able to translate between developers and stakeholders.
-Capable of building partnerships and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners in a highly matrixed organization. Youre able to herd the cats and balance multiple brands, short- & long-term projects, and competing priorities.
-Must have excellent problem-solving skills ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities and challenges.
-Experience managing Agile processes in JIRA/Confluence
-Experience in owning one or multiple Shopify-based eCommerce products highly desirable
-Experience creating wireframes / low fidelity designs a plus
-Knowledge and love of wine ALSO a plus!
