Our client, a fully integrated digital marketing agency based on Long Island, is looking for a Paid Social Specialist with proven client facing experience to join their team!

**Please note: this is a fully remote position! A laptop will be provided to you.** You need to live in NY, NJ, CT, MA, NH or WA for tax / payroll purposes!**

The Paid Social Specialist will:

- Develop, execute and implement paid social media strategies for ecommerce and lead generations campaigns for 5 or more clients at one time
- Present and sell strategies / plans to clients
- Lead implementation of creative and campaign builds in ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, Reddit)
- Manage the day-to-day flow of advertising campaign performance, including placing, monitoring KPIs, and troubleshooting within respective self-service ad platforms
- Analyze and distill performance data into actionable plans
- Identify effective and innovative social media advertising strategies that deliver results
- Be able to talk to client about where to put their dollars in social channels for best ROI
- Lead a small team in paid social media strategy
- Led or participate on client calls
- Teach / mentor teammates

The Paid Social Specialist must:

- Have at least 3 years of experience in a paid social-centric role, managing significant advertising budgets
- Have at least 3 years of client-facing experience, serving in Team Lead role where you managed and mentored team members of all experience levels
- Have a Bachelors Degree
- Previous agency experience is preferred
- Have proven experience with primary buying platforms and formats, i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Experience with Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat a plus!
- Have expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience managing some combination of a. programmatic advertising and b. SEM (Google and Bing) is a big plus!
- Have proven experience developing robust, creative, and innovative paid social programs
- Be comfortable managing accounts and leading client calls
- See the big picture but also not miss the details
- Be a strong writer and verbal communicator
- Be able to analyze account data to come up with insights and strategy
- Be able to provide examples of a successfully run campaigns for direct response, reach-and-awareness, as well as for ROI and lead-gen clients
- Be comfortable independently handling all aspects of client & account management
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be highly adaptable and able to work with minimal supervision in a deadline driven environment
- Be willing to create a strategy and execute it - willing to "roll up your sleeves" and do the work
- Be comfortable working outside of a standard "9-5 job", willing to go to extra mile for clients to help them see results
- Have time management and multitasking abilities
- Be highly creative with problem-solving aptitude
- Be able to see projects through from inception to production
- Be able to work on multiple projects at one time with limited handholding
