Our client, a well known and highly regarded consumer goods and pharma company, is currently seeking a freelance UX / UI Designer to join their team for long term work, through 2022.

This is a hybrid opportunity with 2days/week onsite in NYC and 3days/week remote, starting asap after the interview process continuing through 2022, 40hrs/week with potential to extend.

UX / UI Designer Responsibilities:
- Join a team focused on working on the company's Enterprise Learning Experience Platform by contributing to product research, strategy, information architecture and interaction design to create engaging experiences
- You will work with cross-functional teams to map how the taxonomy and the Company Learn tools work as an
integrated and comprehensive system
- Provide UX documentation and strategy for implementation for upcoming and continuous improvement deliverables
- Use creative problem solving, research, insights, prototypes etc to welcome challenges and are eager to create compelling design solutions with seamless results for the end user
- Work to build an engaging, people-centered cohesive digital experience
- Balance strategic thinking and design skills to create clear and concise experience maps,user flows, interaction models and wireframes
- Work on this complex system, ability to identify patterns, streamline complex experiences so it aligns with navigation and the language (being used consistency)

Requirements:
- 7+ years of UX / UI / IA experience working on digital products spanning web and mobile
- Ideally have experience working on UX for digital eLearning tools
- Expert at end-to-end digital product design process, from research and strategy to validation, concept design, prototyping, detailed wireframing and asset development
- Proficient within Adobe XD for prototyping
- Exposure to IT and Agile best practices, co-creation, overall iterative design and collaboration
- Experienced working with engineering teams and has working knowledge of a diverse range of technologies
- Excellent collaboration skills as a key contributor with strong follow through ability
- Proactive, resourceful with strong organizational skills
- Ability to incorporate diverse points of view and feedback into successful solutions
