Our client, a healthcare organization, is seeking a Project / Production Coordinator to join their team as a freelance for about 40 hours/ week ongoing with the opportunity to go full time for the right person.

This role is remote with some need for going onsite for meetings or site visits. A computer will be provided if needed. COVID Vaccinations are required for this role if onsite.

The Project / Production Coordinator will:
- Coordinate projects for creative including design, copy, vide, photo, print etc.
- Work with Director of Brand and Marketing to ensure projects are completed ontime
- Communicate effectively with other teams to ensure deliverable items and timelines are clear.
- Assist with scheduling meetings
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Go on location as needed for meetings or site visits
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or Project Management
- Proficient in Excel, working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
