Community Manager (Social Media)

Our client is a leading D2C brand in the wellness space, and they are looking for a Freelance Community Manager to support their social media channels and follower engagement initiatives.

This is a Remote role working EST hours that starts the week of 11/22 and will be ongoing freelance for the right candidate.

The Community Manager will be responsible for:
- Support the creation of a community management strategy for the brand
- Contribute to social content development and evolution
- Develop and maintain dashboards for community management results
- Serve as the editorial steward and ensure all brand content is on-brand, consistent, and optimized
- Manage social media editorial calendar
- Manage social reporting

The Community Manager will have:
- 2-3 years of Community Management experience
- Bachelor?s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or similar field
- Understanding of all major social platforms with experience scheduling, posting, responding, and monitoring
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and speak in a brand?s tone and voice
- Must be a Self-starter and comfortable working in start-up culture
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Flexible, collaborative, a team player and willing to roll up your sleeves
