Project Manager - Freelance to full time

Our client, an in-house agency for a global Pharma agency, is seeking a Project Manager with experience producing content to join their team. This role is about 40-hours/ week for 3-6 months to start with the opportunity to go full time for the right person.

Ideally, you will be able to go onsite in Manhattan 1-2 days/ week to start, and 3-5 days eventually. A computer will be provided for this role.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the content strategy-to-production process including timeline & scheduling, budgets, creative resourcing (with support of operations lead), brief delivery & development of project assets (with support of content lead), and licensing
- Working on creative projects including Social, UX, Virtual Events, Video, AR/VR
- Ensuring that all creative assets are delivered on brief, to spec/format, and on time in order to feed into a complex omni-channel orchestration
- Partnering with the content strategy team to ensure that execution of ideas match as closely as possible the creative vision through which they were sold
- Partnering with in-house production studio to produce work
- Leading internal and client facing meetings and presentations with project and logistical updates, to ensure stakeholders are working in lockstep

Project Manager Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of direct experience managing and executing content & digital builds across multiple formats, with a transferable content skillset that can be applied to new mediums? i.e. This person is comfortable in an innovation-forward team
- Should ideally have 1-2 case studies to share focused on leading projects that require multi-disciplinary collaboration, multi-format storytelling, and multiple workstreams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must
- Proficiency in at least one of the following project management tools is ideal: Microsoft Projects, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, Jira (or similar)
- Assertive and clear communication is an absolute must
- Agency experience, in-house studio, or startup experience ideal
- Start-up mentality, flexible, and a team player
