Our client, the world's most innovative finance
and technology company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.

**Please note, this role is remote for the time being but will be returning to the office in a hybrid schedule eventually. A laptop will be provided to you!**

The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for:

- Leading strategy, planning, and execution of Go-to-Market plans for new products, product features, and other product-led launches, typically focusing on 1-2 products at one time
- Creating and managing rapid ideas to execution on short and medium-term communication strategies across a range of initiatives, such as partnership with internal stakeholders, marketing team, and our agency partners
- Defining, managing, and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy
- Partnering closely with our User Research and Product teams to understand our member's needs and the broader competitive landscape
- Leading the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans working closely with Product, Design, Paid Acquisition, Social, Content, Lifecycle, and PR
- Ensuring alignment on product positioning and comms architecture across all channels including Marketing, Member Services, and Product
- Taking a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs
- Helping define and operationalize the Product Marketing function



The ideal Product Marketing Manager must:

- Have at least 5 years of experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns
- FinTech, Banking or Consumer finance experience required
- Previous advertising/marketing agency, and/or fast-paced consumer brand experience a plus
- Experience working in Asana is a plus
- Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities and deadlines aligning stakeholders and production teams, minding details, organizing materials, and leading and aligning team members
- Be data-driven and analytical, especially in assessing campaign performance, identifying consumer behavior, creative opportunities, etc.
- Have strong analytical skills, be comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs and be able to pivot when the data tells you
- Be able to think out-of-the-box, get creative and take risks building new products
- Have a results-driven mindset, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems and advance the brand narrative
- Have a reputation for bringing cross-functional teams together, working with designers, product managers, compliance, finance, etc.
- Have a successful track record of project management that spans time, disciplines, and stakeholders
- Be a self-starter and innovative with a drive to build impactful campaigns
- Be able to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment to hit deadlines and drive efforts
- Have a vibrant, energetic, passionate and friendly personality
- Be highly collaborative and enjoy working with others
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and experience
- Be curious, success focused and looking to grow while contributing and producing
- Be diplomatic while working with stakeholders but driven by facts to make your case and be comfortable pushing bask when needed
- Be comfortable working cross-functionally as you will touch many teams, often being the conduit to bring people together to come to a solution
