UX Designer

Rate $45-$55/hour, converting to a salary around $100,000
Our client in the technology and behavioral science space is looking for UX Designer to join their team in a 40 hours/week freelance to possible full time capacity.
This is an ONSITE position in Downtown Denver (with one day of WFH).

This UX Designer will be working on a mobile app genuinely created for the greater good and supporting families.

The responsibilities for this UX Designer:
- 70% UX, thoughtful, user-centered approach to design
- 30% UI
- Right now there's obvious, low hanging fruit to design for, down the road, opportunities for research and optimizing
- Mentor and support contract designers, eventually moving into a more managerial level

The ideal UX Designer has:
- Experience working on a behavioral health app (i.e Fitbit, yoga apps, Stava, etc)
- Experience working through complex workflows and thinks through logic of application
- Mobile app design experience
- Willing to be onsite to collaborate with the team
