Leading Entertainment Services Client is seeking a UX Designer to work with their team in a hybrid freelance capacity.

Must be willing to go onsite in DTLA on Tuesdays and Thursdays to be considered for FTE role. If fully remote, contract will run 2-4 months.

Working with the UXD team - you will help drive and design next-generation products for consumer and business clients focused on responsive web solutions, ecommerce, native mobile apps and business tools.

UX Designer Responsibilities:
-hep design and develop user goals, personas and use case studies for new and existing digital products
-uncover insights to discover opportunities to improve products
-create and iterate user flows, process maps, wireframes and interactive prototypes
-plan and facilitate research sessions, including usability testing
-collaborate with product and engineering teams on innovative features

UX Designer Requirements:
-4+ years in UX and product design
-Experience working on B2B digital products
-Background in entertainment ticketing a bonus!
-Highly proficient in Figma
-Advanced knowledge of UX/UI best practices
-Ability to use critical thinking to translate business needs, requirements and user-centered goals
