Leading Gaming Client is seeking a Marketing / Brand Manager! This role is full-time, interviewing now!

This role will start fully remote and may move to a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in office in Irvine starting in October.

The ideal candidate for this role either has experience with gaming/Japanese gaming (or relative field such as Anime), OR has a gaming lifestyle and is comfortable with this industry.

You have 3+ years' of experience with Brand Management at a full time capacity!

- Take ownership of brand and marketing strategies for product's lifecycle
- Assist in developing goals and objectives for team members to improve efficiency
- Executive on consumer product, channels, and first party partnership opportunities
- Oversee large-scale events, production, and promotions, broadcasting operations, sponsor relationships, program management, and player interfacing
- Work closely with cross-functional and international teams to ensure development, marketing, and sales executions are integrated and aligned with the project's strategic and financial goals
- Identify areas of concern in the execution of the brand plan and course correct to maximize the success of the product
- Develop and manage an asset library for assigned titles, oversee creation and delivery of assets (trailers, screenshots, logos, etc.) by working with internal departments and external vendors
- Analyze consumer research and business data to develop marketing investments
- Manage creative production and advertising and core brand assets including trailers, packaging, special edition content, social media, etc.
- Understand the media landscape, recognize opportunities, and demonstrate knowledge of booking creative and effective media campaigns
- Manage media agencies, creative agencies, event agencies, and promotional partnerships
- Serve as a key contact across the development group to supply with key consumer and marketing insight

- 3-4+ years' experience in a publisher marketing role with gaming and/or consumer experience
- Ability to leverage analytics, build cases to support initiatives, and focus on KPIs/ROI metrics
- Experience with project management, analysis, and ability to work with multiple teams
- Experience creating and owning a marketing plan from research/positioning stage through go-to-market and live services
- Must have experience with gaming/Japanese entertainment such as Anime, or have a gaming lifestyle
