Our client, a creative agency, is looking for a full-time Digital Account Supervisor to join their team! This role will ideally sit in LA, Denver, or Dallas and is a 100% remote position. Their offices are open though, if you'd like to go in to work / collaborate!

The Digital Account Supervisor will:
-serve as the main client contact for all things digital, and have a deep understanding of the digital space (websites, promotions, emails, etc.)
-lead day-to-day efforts with key clients on retail-based promotions for Fortune 500 brands
-work across teams to execute projects, and strategically advise clients on solutions that achieve business / engagement objectives
-work on multiple projects simultaneously, and build / manage strong relationships with clients

The Digital Account Supervisor has:
-7+ years of experience managing digital-based accounts and clients (agency experience preferred)
-deep knowledge of the website development process, and usability best practices (retail, shopper, and promo marketing is a plus)
-strong verbal / written communication skills, and a collaborative approach to problem solving
