Our health/wellness client is seeking a full-time Director of Brand and Customer Experience. This role reports on-site in Marina Del Rey.

The ideal candidate will have a background working with herbal brands, ensuring a consistent brand experience across different platforms.

-Oversee Creative Services team and vendors, ensuring all deliverables are on brand
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and develop updated brand voice, guidelines, and content strategies
-Work closely with Retail and Contact Center teams to maintain consistent brand experience for consumers
-Grow existing membership services and develop updated loyalty programs

-8+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or Brand Management
-Experience working with hard goods
-Experience managing a loyalty or membership program
-Leadership experience working with cross-functional teams
