Event production company is seeking a Production Manager to join their rapidly growing team! This is a hybrid on-site role requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday-Thursday) in Hawthorne. To start it will be fully onsite during the two-month probation period.

Production Manager Duties:
Main point of contact for everything related to FSO, Police, and DOT
Serve as the direct contact to vendors
Coordinate and execute all technical requirements; including light, sound, staging, truss, technology, etc.
Responsible for creating and maintaining key event documents pull list, PM checklist, permit forms, contact list, etc.
Coordinate and execute street/sidewalk closure
Oversee/execute multiple events from beginning to end, often occurring simultaneously
Overseeing onsite load-in and load-out
Oversee scenic shop elements, meeting deadlines required for clients
Liaise with Scenic PM with shop crew need
Liaise with Event Producer on creation and management of timeline
Liaise with Event Producer to manage and handle client communication
Able to manage internal production and client meetings
Assist in arranging permit, security and insurance requirements

3-5+ years event production experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must be flexible, able to manage last-minute changes, and work well under pressure
Organized, self-starter, and team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office and on Mac
Ability to read and understand line plans and renderings
Robust vendor network and knowledge base
Strong technical experience
Must be able to travel
Ability and wiliness to work weekends and holidays
Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
Spanish is a plus!
