Video services agency seeks a full time CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER to join their growing team!

This is a hybrid role: 2 days/week working in casual office environment in West Hollywood.

The ideal CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER candidate has experience selling video creation or production services.

Working with global brands, the CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER is directly responsible for selling video production services, and consulting on video strategy to help clients implement a scalable approach to content creation.

CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER Responsibilities:
Account manage a portfolio of key clients to maximize financial return
Drive revenue and profit from key accounts to help deliver and exceed targets
Discover and convert new business leads and opportunities
Maintain an up-to-date plan for revenue delivery, by client
Accurately maintain a detailed forecast of business and pipeline of sales leads, by account
Communicate a clear understanding of video trends to ensure the Company adds optimum value to the client marketing mix
Develop strong creative content concepts to pitch to clients
Work alongside the production teams to devise and deliver all campaigns to achieve the highest repeat business levels
Work with other Account Managers to ensure best practice and a full client coverage
Provide regular reporting on performance versus strategy and targets
Keep an up to date knowledge of the competitive landscape

CLIENT SERVICES ACCOUNT MANAGER Requirements:
Minimum 5 years media experience in a video content sales and/or creative solutions
Excellent production understanding on delivery, process and pricing
An entrepreneurial commercial mind who relishes the development of new video concepts, production workflow and revenue generating concepts
A tenacious self-starter who relishes a creative sell
Experience of managing key accounts and revenues exceeding $700k per annum
Proven record of revenue generation and comfort with 6 figure commercial deals
