Our client, a growing wellness/beauty company, is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join their team.
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for the paid ads marketing performance, reviewing budgets, implementing marketing strategy and overseeing marketing team members.
Performance Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
-Lead and support implementation of paid marketing strategies
-Manage implementation of tactics for optimizing paid acquisition cross-channel KPIs
-Measure and optimize paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page sources reports
-Lead strategy for paid media creative asset production
-Set up robust reporting & automation to improve operational efficiency
-Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition through new channels
Performance Marketing Manager Requirements:
-4+ years of experience
-Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing
-Results-driven mindset
-Demonstrated experience improving the performance of paid campaigns through optimization, automation, and creative
