Our client is a top tech company in the Charlotte market.They are looking to grow their in-house UX team. They are seeking a UX Research Lead with several years of experience to join.

The UX Research Lead will lead the research efforts on a team of 10. The Senior UX Researcher will report to the Head of UX.

The UX Research Lead responsibilities:
- User research, lead, manage recruitment of users and conduct various sessions
- Plan, create, execute and analyze user research
- Bring end users to the process early on by, observation, interviews, lo-fi or hi-fi testing
- Create written succinct deliverables with actionable insights while articulating findings
- Facilitate remote moderated and unmoderated usability testing platforms
- Lead research across multiple platforms
- Create process diagrams and user personas

The Senior UX Researcher must haves:
- 5+ years of UX research. Collaborative, Problem Solver
- BS or MS in interaction Design, HCI, Cognitive Science or equivalent (This is a must)
- Demonstrate a wide-range of user research methodologies
- Portfolio with user flows, research summaries, personas or process examples
- Experience with Axure, Figma, InVision, UserTesting.com, the Adobe Suite
- A SaaS or software background is great to have
