One of our education clients is looking for a Marketing Performance & Analytics Manager to join their team for full time.

The Marketing Performance & Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the targeting and marketing strategies, conducting marketing research and analysis for campaign recommendations. Create and present analytic reports to team and partners, working as a strategic partner providing thought leadership to assist in decision making for future campaigns.

Requirements for the Marketing Performance & Analytics Manager:
- 5+ years' Marketing experience required
- Hands on experience with web analytics software (preferably Google Analytics), SEO/SEM, CRM software and
integration's (preferably Salesforce with Marketing Cloud).
- Proven record of success developing and implementing digital marketing strategy, research, customer insights, and data analysis.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Experience using PowerPoint, Prezi, Keynote and/or Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

Nice to haves:
- Franchise or Multi Unit experience
- Demonstrated experience with research design.
